  I became the person they could lean on when everything felt overwhelming.

  Eventually, we received a great offer.

  The home sold.

  But that's not my favorite part of the story.

  By the end of the transaction...

  His tone had completely changed.

  They invited me to dinner.

• Every phone call ended with, "Thank you."

  Then they recorded a video testimonial I thought would be 2 seconds of saying Thank you.

  Instead, they shared something I'll never forget.

  And that I made him smile during one of the most stressful times of his life.

  Today they're happily living near their daughter in Philadelphia.
