About Katy

Katy White has been a REALTOR® in Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, and the surrounding areas since 2013. She is a strong and strategic negotiator who is committed to protecting her clients' best interests throughout every transaction. As a solo agent, Katy works directly with her clients from beginning to end, providing the personal attention, communication, and high level of service that are so important when buying or selling a home. She takes great pride in her work and has built her business through lasting client relationships, referrals, and repeat business.

Katy is the proud mother of two wonderful adult children. Her 27-year-old son served five years in the U.S. Navy as a Search & Rescue Medic and now lives in Arizona, where he is attending college and pursuing a career in the medical field. Her 24-year-old daughter works in the CVICU at Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Originally from Southern California, Katy moved to Arizona in 2012 and has loved calling it home ever since. She appreciates everything Arizona has to offer, particularly the beautiful desert landscape, outdoor lifestyle, golf, and the unique communities throughout Scottsdale and North Scottsdale.

Professionally, Katy specializes in luxury homes, golf communities, guard-gated communities, relocation, and representing both buyers and sellers. Her experience includes many of North Scottsdale's most sought-after communities, including Terravita, DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Troon, Desert Mountain, Mirabel Village, Bellasera, Grayhawk, and McDowell Mountain Ranch.

Katy holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), and CLHMS™ (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designations. She is also an active member of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the RE/MAX Fine Properties Advisory Board.
